Samantha Diaz has been living in Minnesota, but she's preparing to head back to California. She meets veterinarian Xavier Rush while seeking help for her rescue kitten. Despite his almost Adonis-like appearance, the doctor makes a poor first impression. However, they eventually go on a date, and sparks fly. With Samantha moving 2,000 miles away, what's the point in taking things further? There aren't any realistic options for the couple, but they can't ignore their strong connection. Samantha is moving to support her family in caring for her mother, Lisa, who was diagnosed with early-onset dementia, and her condition is worsening. Meanwhile, Xavier is deep in debt on his practice and fears failure in the eyes of his disapproving parents. What are two young lovers to do?
Say You'll Remember Me by Abby Jimenez was so enjoyable. It is sweet, romantic, funny, and moving. The Diaz family has to figure out the best care for Lisa, as Samantha yearns to see Zavier. And Zavier not only has financial concerns but has to try to deal with the effects of years of physical and mental abuse. Check it out.
